The job position will entail as follows:
? A good communicator who engages with customers and your team members ? Outstanding customer service ? Create a memorable shopping experience and drive sales results ? Keep the store clean and in a good shopping environment ? Answer all incoming calls professionally ? Handling cashier duties ? Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently ? Problem solver who is always learning, open to feedback, and takes initiative ? Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally ? Ability to train new staff and supervise sales team ? Encourage and motivate team spirit.
