Qualifications:
Trade school experience a plus Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude, be accountable and take pride in your workmanship Ambition to learn and the ability to attend (paid for) training Reliable, organized, and driven Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by the Company's insurance carrier (MUST HAVE clean MVR) Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Use iPad to perform sales, presentations, and job documentation Respond to emergency maintenance and breakdown requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Work overtime when needed and participate in on-call rotation Compensation &
