This Technical Coordinator position will work in the Blood Bank laboratory at Banner Del Webb Medical Center in Sun City, AZ

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to department testing, clinical relevance, and complex problem solving skills. This position serves as a department resource, and is responsible for assisting with department compliance with all pertinent laboratory accrediting agency and regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology OR Bachelor's in chemical or biological science with MT certification (ASCP, AMT, HEW, AAB).
Three years experience as a technologists in high complexity testing.
Exceptional skills and a high level of self motivation, with increasing levels of responsibility and strong leadership skills.
Well versed on regulatory agencies (CAP, JCAHO, OSHA, AABB).
Communicates effectively in oral and written formats sufficient to demonstrate comprehension.
Use of mathematics, performance of detailed work; working with frequent interruptions, multi-tasking, problem solving, and memorization, Ability to take direction and assimilate instructions quickly.
Basic computer skills are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MT certification preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
